NookLink Application Now Available

Outlined in the Animal Crossing Direct was a feature called NookLink, which would connect with the Nintendo Switch mobile app. The service is now live for players to check out. More details have been included below!

In order to set it up, simply have the app downloaded on your phone, then start your game on your Switch. When you've got the title screen open, hit the minus button to open up settings to speak with Tom Nook, and then enable NookLink.

Once you've done that, open up the app on your phone, and you'll be able to use NookLink! NookLink will let you scan and use designs you've made in past Animal Crossing titles, and also let you use in-game chat (which is also available on the Switch, though the mobile app is much more convenient).

You can view a variety of options via NookLink, including your Passport! If you'd like to check it out for yourself, go ahead and download it!
