Animal Crossing: New Horizons - Gulliver Guide

Much like Celeste, we've partially covered Gulliver in our Tourists & Travellers guide, but now it's time to go in-depth with his mechanics and rewards! This guide will go over Gulliver's rewards, as well as a special bonus after helping him a number of times!

Meeting Gulliver comes down to chance, as he'll randomly wash ashore on any day of the week, and can usually be encountered once or twice a fortnight. If you notice him on your beach, you'll need to talk to him a number of time to help wake him up. Once he's regain consciousness, he'll ask you to gather 5 communicator parts to help send him on his way. It's worth nothing Gullivar will not appear on any days where you've had Gullivarrr the day before.

These parts are buried on the beach, and will spurt water out on the beach, much like manilla clams. Dig them up with your shovel, and once you've obtained all 5, you can bring them to Gulliver. Alternatively, if you're looking for 30 Rusted Parts to build the Robot Hero DIY, you can instead keep them and they'll turn into Rusted Parts the next day (otherwise you'll find one Rusted Part in the lost & found the next day).

Once Gulliver has received his Machine Parts, he'll thank you and send you a gift in the mail the following day. His rewards are all international themed items, and can only be obtained this way. We've included a list of all possible rewards below.

He does have a little extra perk, where helping him 30 times will gift you the DIY Recipe for the Golden Shovel!

That's all for Gulliver... for now. We know in the Version 1.3.0 update that Gulliver will be getting a Pirate makeover, but we'll be sure to update this guide with any additional rewards and mechanics that may arise!
