Brand New Animal Crossing Series 5 amiibo Cards Are on The Way!

Subtly dropped in a tweet after the Direct, the official Animal Crossing Twitter account has confirmed that a new set of Animal Crossing amiibo Cards are in the works. Full details below!

Again, details aren't exactly known, other than the set will be "Series 5". We expect it will bring brand new villagers, and potentially include amiibo cards for the crossover villagers from New Leaf's Welcome amiibo update, and amiibo cards of the characters introduced in New Horizons, such as Orville, Flick, and Dom. We expect more details to come in the Animal Crossing New Horizons Direct airing in October.
